Through our comprehensive process, we identify potential liabilities by conducting the necessary due diligence to assess property for risk of environmental contamination, which is often a prerequisite for real estate transactions and corporate acquisitions.

Envirologic is an approved Environmental Consultant through the Michigan State Housing Development Authority (MSHDA). Our extensive experience includes supporting SBA loans, Low-Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTCs), and other incentive programs. Through our other technical abilities, such as regulatory compliance and ecological services, we are able to look at the “complete picture” of development or acquisition and evaluate parameters that may affect project success and value beyond just environmental cleanup liabilities.

Our experienced team develops strategies and navigates complex timelines across various regulatory programs across the country. Through the implementation of brownfield incentive programs, Envirologic can also provide direct financial benefit to projects and clients.
